one advantage for the Commies is that if they follow the blueprint that happened around Nationals Park, the area truly came to life with homes, restaraunts, hotels etc, plus it's convenient to the Metro. I remember when Nats Park first opened and they touted all that would be...now in planning to hit there for a game this summer, i found a decent hotel right around the corner and for grins, priced the condos overlooking the ballpark. it took 15 years, but it really came true. it's also near the river, which has seen tremendous growth in several spots, like the Wharf.

It is my understanding, the design near Soldiers Field is following the same blueprint.  This includes shops, hotels and a park/pavilion.  All of these near Lake Michigan. I understand downtown Chicago is a disaster right now.  However, DC is the same.  I have lived and worked in both cities.  They both could use some development to go along with the new stadiums.

I just saw another story that the Chiefs are moving to Kansas City, Kansas, which is basically the same city split by the state line. But that works for their name.  🤷‍♂️

The part of KCK where the stadium is going is quite nice. The Kansas Speedway NASCAR track is there and a zillion stores, hotels and dining options.

One of the most memorable DCI championships took place at Arrowhead Stadium in 1989.  SCV’s winning “Phantom of the Opera,” Phantom Regiment’s over whelming crowd pleaser: “New World Symphony,” Cadets’ “Les Miz,” Star of IN’s “British Invasion,” Freelancer’s John Williams / Spielberg show.  It was an unreal three days, and I still hum the tunes to so many shows from that finals night.  Can’t say that for any shows the past several years.

Skyriders Alumni Corps opportunity?

They do have the official Chief's drum line, "Rumble", which operates under the BD Entertainment umbrella.
