Which brands of marching brass instruments are manufactured in the U.S.?

What about marching percussion? Any marching drums or keyboards manufactured domestically?

Marching brass= none. Yamaha, Jupiter, and now King are made in China.

Ludwig and Musser percussion is still made in Indiana….for now.

Ludwig Drums = Monroe, North Carolina

Musser Percussion = Elkhart, Indiana

(Ludwig does have a cheaper imported line of drum sets & snare drums.)

The same as what?  Tariffs are supposed to be on any goods made offshore.  Full assemblies, partial assemblies and parts for assembly in the US.

Presuming the parts were made in China I presumed tariffs would apply to the parts coming into the US at that point as also "goods made offshore."  Pay the tariffs on the parts on import, then pay US labor to assemble.  Or pay Chinese labor to assemble and then pay the tariffs on the horns on import was my reasoning.  Unless parts are not under tariffs or have different tariffs for some reason.

I believe you got all of that exactly right.  It all adds to the cost of the final product.
