If they do that, and the production value is even half that of the show Bartlett HS from Tennessee brought to BOA last year, it will be the crowd favorite.

Maybe they could have actual flying Mary's...

i know you're joking, but it probably won't happen lol.  Disney will sell rights to arrange music from the movie, but they won't allow it to support any type of enactment of characters or storytelling unless you're willing to pay big $$$$$$$$$$$$ on top of the music license.  I know high schools have done it and I wonder what they had to pay.

Yet somehow The Academy got the rights in 2015.

schools get a deal for the musicals. not sure about band

High schools as well.  Disney's gotten more lax with this, I guess.  I really do wonder what orgs have had to pay to get permission to portray the characters and storylines from the movie with the music rights.
