uncle z
I think that is Glen Moralez leaning back behind Roman. He went on to perform with the Scouts in the pit for many years. Great photo. I can't believe that Roman would take the corps down to New Orleans for Mardi Gras on a regular basis. Very cool, I'm guessing that's Gordy Slupinowski by the snare line, then. HornsUp
I'm guessing that's Gordy Slupinowski by the snare line, then. Easy I.D. Gord-o already had that bald spot when he was marching Jr corps. And it's Slupianowski. Gord sez "always remember there's a piano in the middle". Edited May 6, 2011 by HornsUp
uncle z
More North tenors, plz..... According to Rob McMillan, he wore 4" platform shoes so he appeared to be as tall as Scott Kent. You be the judge. Edited May 7, 2011 by uncle z

Also, if you check other photos of the BD drumline in '76, there are several drummers wearing platform shoes. They were monster performers without the shoes !!!!
