Ok..we know you know them...we know you made them up about us, because we made them up about YOU!

Post the lyrics to your old corps songs (we know that they'll be HIGHLY censored..AKA the "DCA Approved Versions" but maybe the power of phonetics or missing letters will be able to get past the dreaded censor monster)

Here's our little tribute to the Connecticut Hurricanes:

Hurricanes, you are the cutest little Hurricanes

and when Pepe makes the hornline blow..

Who would know?

If it's your corps that's startin'

If it's a COW that's fartin'

Hurricanes, your corps has all the flair of dirty GREEN underwear..

You are the corps that's not

you are the corps that ought

to be back in Shelton

blowing Pepe's melon

the Connecticut Hurricanes...

_uck _ucking Mutts you are such _ucking mutts!

(to the tune of Baby Face..Tag to the tune of Magnificent 7)

R.I.P. Pepe!

the Bucs:

hey look me over, lend me an ear, roll me in horse#### cause I'm a Buccaneer

Fresh outta Reading, a bunch of ###### are we, stumble round on the field and come in number 3

then we bribe all the judges til the final gun, kiss all their ##### to come in number one

and then we beat our meat to keep the beat and lick it off the seat we're the reading Buccaneers

(multiple tags were inserted in the 90s about george Parks and the rough years the corps had making finals)

I would get nothing but grief if I tried to list some of the songs that between the MBI and Racine/Chicago alums, so I will defer to my bretheren in Cheeseland to list some of them with lyrics, but I will whet your appetite with titles of a few:

B-I-T-E M-Y A-S-S ( to the tune of Harrigan)

Brazziere(sp) (to the tune of Brazil)

Born in A Whorehouse ( to the tune of Beautiful Dreamer)

I can assure you that either J.C. or other members of the Kiltie Khorus can elaborate on these and many more.

Hey Ream! Does this mean we're going to put something like this together in Scranton, or will we get arrested in the process?

Pat

I remember Brassiere! (you hold the things I love so dear! hahaha!)

I'd be interested in the lyrics to born in a whorehouse though!

Remeber some guy named Hershman trying to teach us that song on the bus one night.

Got thru the first verse OK, then Uncle Larry sang...

"Brassierrreeeee.... I forget the second verse"

Can't repeat what got yelled at him

We must have been on the same bus that night Ben :P

Had a buddy at college who couldn't believe the wild stories I told about being in corps. Finally he went to his first show in Western PA and hit the after show party. He heard corps members singing and thoght "Aw, ain't that nice". Then he got closer and hear the words they were singing  .

Then he saw the ladies were singing too :beer::beer:

He never doubted me again..... He also became a fan of the Hurrcs....

I can relate! The first time I joined in on an MBI / '76 bash at the Legion Hall, imagine my surprize when the ladies came up with the racier and better limericks.

Who'da thunk it..

My wife will still not allow me to gather with 'the Khorus' at DCM/DCA functions as a result of those gatherings ( what a wimp!)

I-N-Y-O-U-R-M-O-U-T-H...In your mouth, in your mouth

Forever let us hold it in your mouth

Now it's time to take it out and stick it in your ear

I-N-Y-O-U-R-M-O-U-T-H...Aaaaaaaaa-meeeeeeen!

(to the tune of the Mickey Mouse Club goodbye song)

I know for a fact that a FEW senior corps know this tune very well...it sounds religious in the shower...even better on drunken bus rides.
