Well, not exactly.

This time, I managed to exceed my storage limit for September.

I've replaced the show file with a new file at a lower bitrate. It won't sound as goo but I am back under my storage limit. Once October starts, I'll be back to zero and can be as inflated and space consuming as I want.

You may have to download the file directly from the blog. I'm not sure how fast iTunes will get the memo.
