It’s kind of strange how I stumbled upon it. Someone had posted a mug shot of a man who was arrested for possession of child pornography on DCP Facebook. He was from Wisconsin and has a tattoo that says Phantom Regiment with a chevron and SUTA. So I googled him to see if I could get some more info to see if he actually marched in PR. Nothing more on him but he just happens to have the same surname as the individual who was the Pioneer volunteer. No relation, btw. This DCP thread popped up in the search. Seems to me there should have been some kind of discussion with parents after the fact. This man had access to children going back to when I marched in 1976 until 2005 when my kid marched.
