dckid80
As well as the Socialites from Saugus, MA and the only all-girl merger in history when the two formed Charisma. It's Arbella I really miss though. Beautiful rendition of Evergreen. Anybody remember the Jeanettes from Lynn, MA?
flashofthunder
Yes, let's bring back the all girl corps. Then perhaps, there can be a reverse Carmen show, and I can be the only male in the entire corps. ^0^
TennTux
Anybody remember the Jeanettes from Lynn, MA? Geneva
When I was at the americanos all of our G bugles had come from the Ventures - they had their name engraved on them. It was kind of sad in a way. Hey Brandon, I am playing on one of those horns now with St. Joe's Alumni corps of LeRoy, NY. Three valve G soprano Kanstul with Ventures stamped on the left side of the bell shank just before the flare. I'm guessing Americanos must have sold them to us? sarnia sam
Don't forget from the Midwest-The Vacationland Sweethearts (Port Clinton OH.) and Praesidium (Riverview Mich......All the G.L.D.C.A. corps guys had at least ONE girlfriend in this corps!) I hear you. How many GLDCA corps and one Praesidium all girls? I'm doing the math on our observation and it isn't pretty. I think I must be the only guy who didn't have a girlfriend in Praesidium. To add to the list: Lionettes and Marching Angels - both from Sarnia. Did anyone mention St. John's? Jocko the Wonder Llama
Yes, let's bring back the all girl corps. Then perhaps, there can be a reverse Carmen show, and I can be the only male in the entire corps. ^0^ If I 25 years younger, I would volunteer to take that job. ^0^
