1) 1983 - 1984

Wow. . . just wow. . . they did things that people thought was impossible during those years. . . and played musically, with stylistic variety, had the best mellophone soloist ever to play in DCI, and set the standards that we see to this day.

Honorable mention: 1994 - 1995

Fun, fun and more fun!

Hmmm.. Can't say I'm with the majority on this one.

My favorite two was 93-94.

Love the "In Spring When Kings Go Of To War" in 93 (And On a Hymnsong of Philip Bliss) and West Side Story was good the second (or was it third?) time around.

This is hard one to decide since I have been able to be a part of so many great years at Cadets. 1984 and 1985 are Classic Garfield years and the foundation of The current Cadets pursuit for excellence. 1989 and 1990 are the beginning of the Bergen County years. 1989 was the year of change and 1990 was Cadets of Bergen County looking back to the Garfield days.

But, I will have to choose 1997 and 1998 as my top favorite Cadets years, maybe cause those were the years I finally got of my butt and went to Cadets. Those 2 years were a vast learning experience and, helped me as a person to achieve some of my personal goals. And all the great friends I now have because of my 2 favorite Cadets years.

Thanks Hop :)

Either 83-84 or 2000-2001.
