Corkie
I think it would have been funnier if the Japanese guys tried to sing it. Kiwanis Kavaliers on tour in 98- when the staff (okay, it was Bob & Stephanie) was tired of watching the corps do celebratory push ups or run to the furthest tree, they had the kids sing (with appropriate choreography) "I'm a Little Teapot". REALLY funny watching the non-English speaking Japanese, Korean & French Canadian kids and their phonetic singing!
AlanAndreasen
Early 80's, Emerald Knights of Cedar Rapids... Mello - Benji
In 2006, most of the brassline could sing "The Internet Is For Porn" from Avenue Q by the end of the season. Last season, we didn't really have a song, but we did have the corps (all 40+) singing Bohemian Rhapsody at the top of our lungs in a pool. Good times. doogiempt
(sung) Now it's time to say goodnight to all our company: F-*-*-K T-H-E front of the bus! (spoken) - Goodnight you f***s!!! Thank you Clif Newkirk for that one :) Sung every night on the brass bus by the back of the bus. CrunchyTenor
My lovely bride sang some Regiment bus songs to me last night after I posted. Some typical drum corps stuff, but definitely some choice shots at the Cavaliers. Garry in Vegas
