Last chance before submission of rules change proposals for the 2007 season.

Please eliminate the words "TICK SYSTEM" from answer #1. This option is presented in answer #2.

i see no need to change. if anything, maybe the staffs need more education, not the judges

Good point, I agree. DCA should facilitate this by providing extensive education/communication clinics including the judges.

BTW-I just knew that that vote was yours. LOL

I'd like to see more consistency in the frame of judges comments. I appreciate their taking difficulty (drill design and non playing aspects) into account however using drill difficulties to affect the score is outside of the realm of their assigned task.

A return to a tick system would water arrangements back to middle school book levels to inflate the score. The addition of scoring on difficulty along with the tick system would create way to much controversy. A perfectly clean, no tick high school book and a perfectly clean dci div1 book would be scored the same and striking a balance would not be prudent.

Or maybe I just don't know what I'm talking about.

i disagree on drill demands, and here is why:

say two lines play books that have enough meat to keep us happy.

line a doesnt move a lot and is pretty #### clean

line b moves a ton is as clean if maybe a tad behind

if line b is moving that much, then the listening responsibilities are enormous, especially front to back, as well as on the field.

right there shows they had the better line cause notonly do they have to play and move, they have to listen their ##### off
