MikeM
2003 SCV 2004 SCV 2000 BAC 2000 Cavies (should have won) I haven't enjoyed a Cadets show since 1996 (Beef!). 2003 had potential, but when Malaguena was a complete rip from Blast!, I was lost. I'll throw one out there... 1989 Phantom. (New World Symphony)

TastyWaves
This is a cool topic! I do love how people are giving thier opinions, then other people are chiming in to tell them thier opinion is wrong. lol But i guess that shouldnt surprise me. But my most underated, 2 of them come from 05. BD and SCV. Especially SCV. I think if you put these two corps is someone elses uniforms they each score higher that year. 04 BD Was a fav of mine and in MY mind underated. No disrespect to the winning corps ever, but they just did the most for me to stand up and yell! Also digging back a little, 97 Scouts should have been up a little more 97 Crossmen (WHAT a drumline!) 98 Magic should have been up more 93 Velvet Knights were killer! 92 Star I think had the right stuff And just to throw DCA in there 03 Brigs 04 Bucs And for the guy who keep rippin on BD and their "tear" in 04, i have about 9 different recordings from that season and they all sound the same right there. I guess they are so bad that they just never got that right huh? They are so poorly trained that they "listen forward" all the time. Preach! Tony Perez USMC 95-01 snare and quads and guns and recruiting and public affairs Brigadiers 04 -snare (check your stix!) Brigadiers 05-Quads (i LOVE montreal) Bucs 06-Quads Edited December 3, 2006 by TastyWaves
MikeM
And just to throw DCA in there03 Brigs 04 Bucs Probably not the place, but I'll chime in anway, since I was directly involved in both years. 2003 was classic. Brigs beat us (Cabs) in E. Providence, and we took that as a challenge. We went back, made some adjustments, and went on to defeat the Brigs at West Haven that year, then went on to win DCA's. I remember vividly both staffs running up and down the ranks telling both us and Brigs to keep your poise no matter what the outcome (in West Haven). The Brigs were nothing but class that night, playing tribute to us for ending their streak. Their ballad that year was haunting. The tribute they played to Empire at finals retreat was even more haunting. Bucs 2004 qualifies as definately underrated. They came out of nowhere to beat us at finals in 2004. I still owe John Adcock a 6-pack for that. Edited December 3, 2006 by MikeM

raphael18
Heh, 05 must have been a bad year for being rated, because most of the top 12 has been mentioned by now
