MARTIAL ARTS TEAMS UP WITH MARCHING ARTS

Sensei Shennen Maceo, World Thai Kickboxing Champion and owner of Tiger Schulmann, Danbury, Ct, has teamed up with the Fusion Core Organization to bring the discipline and physical fitness conditioning aspect of martial arts to the sport of drum corps. Martial Arts is widely considered to be a systemized method of combat and self defense. However, in modern times martial arts have become a sport, a career and a method for overall self improvement and physical conditioning.

Sensei Maceo, who has knowledge in nutrition and exercise physiology, will be designing and implementing an endurance, strength and flexibility program that will assist the members of Fusion Core with the reduction and prevention of those types of injuries associated with the physical activity of drum corps.

Thru our structured program and discipline we hope to enhance and improve upon each member’s physical strengths, flexibility and overall fitness thus providing a sound foundation to build upon and maximize each performer’s potential outcome.

Tiger Schulmann Schools provide the most comprehensive training for people of all ages. Tiger Schulmann's has been the school of choice for many law enforcement officials, professional athletes, educators and fitness enthusiasts. We are very excited and pleased to have Tiger Schulmann and Sensei Maceo as a sponsor of the Fusion Core Organization as well as the sport of drum corps.

Sensei Maceo will be joining Fusion Core at their next rehearsal on Saturday, January 20th, Elizabeth High School, Lower Academy, 425 Grier Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ. (Directions on Fusion Core website). WARM UPS BEGIN AT 10:00 AM.

It’s not too late to join, ALL ARE WELCOME!!
