gaydrummajor Posted March 3, 2007 Share Posted March 3, 2007 The Gay Freedom Band of Los Angeles, a member of Lesbian and Gay Bands Association, is now holding open auditions for Musicians and Color Guard. The band will march in Gay Pride Parades in the region, including Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Diego, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas. Weekly rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings in Hollywood with 3 Saturday rehearsals between now and May. The band has been in every Los Angeles Pride parade since 1978 and has marched in the Hollywood Christmas Parade, played the Hollywood Bowl, and marched in parades across the nation.
