Youngest Div I Marcher

Recommended Posts

Another post had me thinking.... How old was the youngest person to march in a Div 1 corps? I know that Div III, has kids as young as 6, but I was wondering about Div 1 - say since 1973.....

I remember that in either '99 or '00 at Colts, we had a soprano player from Texas who was 14.

I auditioned for and made The Cadets when I was 13, but turned 14 before the summer.

We have a KILLER baritone this year that is only 15, and he marched Crossmen last year and Jersey Serf (I think?) the year before that.

I marched with a 12 year old in 1980 BD.

I heard last night at BDSCV Alumni rehearsal that there is a 15 year old trumpet in Devs this year.

I WAS 11 my first year with Crossmen. Turned 12 in July during tour.

Guess they didn't DISQUALIFY for that back in the day.
