dccorpsfan Posted May 5, 2007 Share Posted May 5, 2007 Hello, all. I'm new around here, so I thought I'd introduce myself since I'm probably going to spend a lot of time here. I'm originally from Washington, D.C. (though I live in eastern NC) and I've been a drum corps fan for a couple years now (ever since my band teacher popped his copy of the 1992 "Through the Years" DVD). Though you could say I'm part of the new school generation, I have a flare for the old school stuff. In non-drum corps news, I'm a big Washington Redskins and Nationals fan (for obvious reasons) and I'm a member of my school's marching band. Currently, I'm the front ensemble section leader, but if all goes well, I'll be standing on the podium next year as drum major. So, anyway, that's about all.
