Tom Aungst started using cymbals for his high school's indoor percussion ensemble two-three years ago, so I don't think it's completely out of the realm of possibility to see the Cadets with a cymbal line at some point. It all depends on what Hopkins decides he wants to do with the additional 15.

No offense but you don't need that many, there is no reason and I am sick of hear about more tubas... BRING BACK CYMBALS :-)

Plate lines are so 70's and 80's(with exception of SCV) MORE HORNS PLEASE!!

More Plates would be a dream. But there are not enough competent instructors. And there are not very many willing caption heads either. And some of the few competent teachers had to deal with not so willing caption heads...what'dya do ?

Hopefully things will start to change in the next 2-3 years...
