Prizes and Odds
Sponsor shall award the winner, as determined above, two (2) VIP Combo admission tickets to the 42^nd Annual Drum Corps Associates World Championships to be held in Rochester, NY on September 2 and 3^rd, 2006.  Sponsor's sole responsibility is to provide tickets that entitle the winner to admission to the aforementioned events, subject to the terms and conditions associated with the award tickets by the show sponsor.  Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses associated with their attendance at the event, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations and meals.  Any taxes on the prize or expenses not listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes may be subject to U.S. withholding taxes and non-US winners (if any) may be required to complete an IRS W8-BEN. Any expenses incurred by winner not explicitly listed herein, including any applicable tax on a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.  No substitution, transfer, or assignment of any prize awarded is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable. If the winner cannot or will not accept a prize, then prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  Odds of winning may vary depending on the number and quality of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification and Acceptance
The Winner will be notified by telephone and/or Email sent to the "Sent From" address of the winning entry no later than June 26, 2006.  Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. The Winner may waive his or her right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable.  No substitutions shall be allowed, however Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. The Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. The Winner may be required to provide additional identification (including photo identification) establishing their legal identity and complete an affidavit of eligibility, a waiver of liability, and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of postmark. Failure to sign and return the affidavit, waiver or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. The Winner expressly agrees that his or name may be posted on the DrumCorpsPlanet.com website, and that no additional compensation or consideration shall be due in connection therewith.

Participation
By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judge(s). In consideration of Entrants' participation, Sponsor shall own all rights, including all copyright rights in and to the materials submitted by all Entrants, and Sponsor may use, publish, reproduce, distribute and perform all materials submitted by Entrants in this Contest in any media and manner throughout the world without further compensation.

All entries must have been created solely by the Entrant and the Entrant expressly represents that he or she shall possess an unrestricted right to submit it in this Contest. Any entry that defames, or invades publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringes upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights shall be disqualified. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest as solely determined by Sponsor.
