Crossmen Alumni Event Honors Two Of It’s Own

The Crossmen Alumni Association (CAA) is running its annual Scholarship Event on April 22, 2005. The CAA is committed to developing charitable contributions to the corps, as well as preserving its heritage for its members, past, present and future.

The Crossmen Alumni Association Scholarship Program honors the memory of two of its own, Derrick Harvey and Joe Kempf, by rewarding six current marching members of the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps who have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to the corps through their leadership and performing abilities. Derrick and Joe both died helping others, Derrick was a Philadelphia firefighter and Joe was a volunteer EMT. For more information about the event, please see our flyer, in PDF format.
