Saturday 26th November saw the 2022 BYBA & TYMBA Individuals and Ensembles competition take place. There were 71 entries from 20 bands across both associations. The British Youth Band Association are pleased to announce the 2022 League Champions. With a league score of 30.69, an uncontested Beeches secured the title with their performance of Wonderland. Nominations are now open for BYBA’s end of season awards. Each year, at the National Championships, awards are presented to individuals worthy of special recognition. These awards are the Terry Kemp Memorial Trophy and the Marie Leighton-Morgan Award. Read the rest of the article here.

A Liberty colourguard member is celebrating after being awarded a $1000 scholarship. Lauren Walton, 18, has been performing with Liberty from the age of 11.
