Carolina Crown Student Leadership Workshop
Get your student leaders signed up NOW for the Carolina Crown Student Leadership Workshop being held in conjunction with the Nightbeat show July 30th 2006 at the Grady Cole Center in Memorial Stadium. The workshop will start with leadership check in at 1:00 pm and will run through 5:00 pm. We will feed the student leaders and have them out in time for them to attend the Nightbeat Drum Corps show that evening. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for your student leaders to learn motivational and leadership skills that are essential for maintaining a successful band program. All student leaders are welcome.
This workshop is geared toward the leaders in a group that are not the necessarily the drum majors. Learn how to motivate others in your section, work toward common goals, and lead by example. Sessions will include tools to help you understand how to develop strengths and improve weaknesses in yourself as well as others.
