2007 DCA Rules Congress
The biennial rules congress will take place over the weekend of January 13-14 in Newark, New Jersey. Corps directors from coast to coast will convene to consider changes to rules and regulations, scoring, and the like. Changes to the rules of competition will be in effect beginning with the 2007 season.
