BYBA Statement Regarding DCE
Following some extremely encouraging discussions recently, where foundations for an excellent future for the Marching Bands and Drum Corps across the UK & Europe were discussed, BYBA are extremely excited about the prospect of working more closely with our European friends at DCE.
