Cascades Announce 2007 Guard Staff

The Cascades are happy to announce the addition of four wonderfully talented color guard instructors to our 2007 staff. Becca Sullens will lead the color guard, having been the guard director at Evergreen High School since 2005. Prior to coming to the Pacific Northwest she taught perennial Bands of America finalist Tarpon Springs High School in Florida in addition to several other programs around the country.

Daeryck Goldenstein will be joining the staff having been the caption head for the Oregon Crusaders in 2006. Daeryck performed with the Blue Devils and Northern Lights World and currently teaches high school programs in California. Andy Mroczek also joins the staff having performed with and taught several world class pageantry organizations. Andy has performed with the Blue Devils and Northern Lights World, and has also taught guard at James Logan High School and with the Santa Clara Vanguard. We are also excited to have Valeri Tyson joining the corps. Valeri has taught several successful programs in Florida including Tarpon Springs High School, Countryside High School , and East Lake High School.
