Many of us have a childhood crush we remember and wonder, "What if?"
That’s how it was for Patrick Seidling and Tamee Skoug, who were teenagers when they met in 1977 at the Sundowners Drum and Bugle Corps in Eau Claire, Wis. He was a drummer; she carried a flag.
