Willie, Gwaltney Join Southwind Design Team
Eric Willie and Shane Gwaltney have joined the design team of Southwind Drum & Bugle Corps. Eric will serve as percussion caption head and lead arranger. Shane will assist Eric with percussion arranging and also assist Steve Vento with overall program coordination.
