Sunrisers “Thank You!” To The Bridgemen

| |

The Sunrisers Drum & Bugle corps would like to extend our sincere and heart-felt gratitude to the Bayonne Bridgemen Alumni Organization for loaning us brass instruments that we desperately needed for our first 2007 Open House yesterday. Most of you will already know that as of November 1st our corps management underwent an extensive reorganization and we have been diligently preparing for the Nov. 26th event since then. Thanks to the Bridgemen – truly a class act – and, specifically George Lavelle and Nancy Ducharme who worked with us on such short notice, we were prepared for a great turnout and due to their contribution yesterday’s Open House was a huge success.

Special thanks go out to Jim Dyckman, who has been assisting the Sunrisers behind the scenes with this and other projects.

The relationships that we form are the basis for almost all the lasting memories that we will take from our drum corps years. When great people voluntarily step to the plate to help out others going through difficult transitions it is an event worthy of remembering and the beginning of a relationship worth nurturing.

To the Bridgemen – from the membership and administration of the Sunrisers:

Thanks for all the help!

Best Wishes for the coming New Year
