Carolina Crown Announces Leseth As Guard Caption Supervisor

Carolina Crown is extremely pleased to announce and confirm the appointment of Jennifer Leseth as part of 2007 teaching faculty.

As the Guard Caption Supervisor, Jennifer (better known as “Jenifo”) will be joining the returning veteran staff of Rosie Miller, Michael Townsend, Jennifer House and Mathew Follo. Responsibilities of managing the caption include, facilitating and optimizing the technical and logistical elements while being the motivational force of the guard program. “For a couple of years now we have been looking to add Jenifo to our already quality guard staff and now to have her on board working with Rosie & company is absolutely fantastic”, stated Jim Coates (Program/Faculty Coordinator).

Jennifer joins the Carolina Crown faculty with over 23 years of performing, design and teaching experience. Currently is the color guard Director for the Plymouth-Canton School District, previously spending eight years with the Bands of America title-holding Marian Catholic High School of Chicago Heights, IL and two years with the noted Spring High School of Houston, TX.

Having the skills of performing outdoor developed for nine years when marching with Phantom Regiment Cadets, Phantom Regiment and Cadets of Bergen County she also had an indoor guard career spanning five years with the Guardsmen of Schaumburg, IL; two seasons with State Street Review of Madison, WI: and two seasons Escapade of Dayton, OH. As a designer and instructor, Jennifer’s drum corps experience includes the Bluecoats, Crossmen, Phantom Regiment and the Madison Scouts.
