Toys From Teal Campaign Follow-Up

Teal Sound’s 1st Annual Toys from Teal campaign wrapped up this past weekend at the corps first full camp weekend in Jacksonville, FL The corps handed over some150 plus toys it had collected from it’s two audition weekends to the US Marine Corps to distribute. Below are some pictures of that presentation and the members loading up the toys into the Marines HumVee. "The corps members had a great time collecting and bringing in these toys so that the kids in Jacksonville will now be able to have a very special Christmas," stated Randy W Blackburn.

A special Thanks goes out to the US Marine Corps for taking time out of their day to join us and accept these toys on behalf of the Teal Sound.

The Toys from Teal campaign was coordinated by Lori McWilliams, Development Director for the corps, and was such a success in it’s first year, that the corps now plans on making this an annual project for the kids of Jacksonville.
