Cadets Name Open Source Winner
Jason Gibson of Bowling Green, Ky., has been named the winner of The Cadets’ Open Source Contest, a first-ever approach in building the repertoire of a Division I drum corps’ program.
Gibson’s submission "Symphonic Movement," a composition by Vaclav Nelhybel, was selected by Cadets’ Director and Program Coordinator George Hopkins as The Cadets’ opener in the nine-time World Champion’s 2007 program titled "This I Believe."
