DCI Rules Proposals

DCI has released ten rules proposals that will be considered at the Drum Corps International winter meetings in Atlanta from January 25 thru 28th. The proposals include proposed changes in corps’ membership limits, placement/location of judges, warm-up time content, and the use of electronic instruments.

DCI columnist Mike Boo has prepared an in-depth analysis and commentary on each of the rules proposals – the first installment can be found on DCI.org, along with the full text of each of the proposals.
