The Colts Youth Organization is a proud "Partner in Education" with both Prescott and Fulton Elementary Schools in downtown Dubuque.
The mission of the organization is to produce a world-class competitive drum and bugle corps called The Colts, while also providing meaningful and significant youth programs and support for our local community.
