Dutch Boy Marches Into Town, Sets Up Camp
With an unofficial summertime goal of swimming in both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, the Dutch Boy Drum and Bugle Corp (DBDBC) makes the average sleepover camp look a little bland.
But that’s precisely what the DBDBC plan to do during the toasty 2007 season, and program director Steve Meikle is inviting all area residents to find out more. Once a month, the Kitchener-based DBDBC conducts educational weekend camps in Goderich, where he has found a welcoming host at Victoria Public School.
