The Dynamic Duo Behind Crossmen’s Move

In September of 2006, Crossmen sponsor Youth Education in the Arts announced that it would relocate the corps from its hometown of Allentown, Pa. to San Antonio, Texas with a new management team for the 2007 season.

At the forefront of Crossmen’s move—working with YEA! Executive Director Geroge Hopkins—was San Antonio’s Ronald Reagan High School band director Mark Chambers and friend Fred Morrison. Today, Chambers serves in his freshman year as Crossmen’s director and Morrison as chief operating officer.
