Troopers Partner With Stanbury Uniforms

Troopers Executive Director Mike Ottoes announced today that the Troopers will wear new Stanbury uniforms during the corps 2007 season. Stanbury is one of many corporations that has recently partnered with the Troopers to help usher the corps back to the Drum Corps International stage after a one year hiatus.

Mike Ottoes of the Troopers explains, "We’re excited about the new look the Troopers will sport this upcoming season. The new Stanbury uniforms are designed to wear better and will give us a greater presence on the field. We will still be easily recognized as America’s Corps, though, not to worry."

Ottoes continues, "The folks at Stanbury have helped guide us to an updated look and style for the Troopers and we’re pleased and proud to have them as our partner during our triumphant return to the DCI tour."

Stanbury Uniform’s artist relations manager Patrick Seidling said, “We at Stanbury Uniforms understand that the Troopers return to the drum corps elite is being built on a foundation of delivering the highest quality experience to their members. The Troopers family believes that a quality uniform helps solidify the foundation and we are honored that they have selected Stanbury to provide just that."

The Troopers are the only competitive junior drum and bugle corps in the state of Wyoming. The corps, founded in 1957 by Casper businessman Jim Jones, represents the state in numerous musical performance events during the year and also participates in the Drum Corps International competitive tour during the summer months. The corps has won eleven national titles in their long and storied history and has placed in the DCI elite top twelve 9-times.
