Racine Scouts’ 80th Birthday Bash This Sunday

Racine Scouts will host a celebration of the corps’ 80th anniversary, this Sunday, May 27, in Racine, Wis. at 3 p.m.

The Racine Scouts are recognized by many as the oldest continually active competitive junior drum and bugle corps in the United States. Originally chartered as a Boy Scout troop in 1927, the corps also is recognized as the oldest musical scouting unit in the country.
