Drum Corps Europe To Certify Contests
Contests held by drum corps organisations in Europe satisfying conditions set by DCE can be regarded as ‘certified’ from now on. In order to comply, the contest must be judged on the basis of the DCE judging manual and the performances of the corps must be assessed by DCE certified judges.
