Kingsmen Alumni Release Camp Video

The Kingsmen Alumni Corps, a performing unit of Kingsmen Starcorps Inc., have released a video of the four day camp that took place June 20th to 24th at California Baptist University in Riverside, California. The video contains excerpts from the four day event including the finale to the color presentation. The camp was well attended with nearly all of the registered members making an appearance over the four day period.

The 2007 show features eleven minutes of drill with a traditional concert number included. The final portion of the drill for the closing number was taught at the Memorial Day weekend practice. All of the June rehearsal was devoted to cleaning and polishing.


The Kingsmen Alumni Corps will debut their entire field show on July 14th at Veterans Stadium in Long Beach, California. The DCI contest hosted by Impulse will be one of three field performances by the unit. The corps will also be hosting their own dress rehearsal on August 8th which will also be at Veterans Stadium. The third and final performance will be August 10, 2007 at the DCI Semifinals in Pasadena, California.
