CorpsVets, Music City Legend In First Ever DCI Competition

| |

The highly talented and entertaining CorpsVets will be in competition on Sunday July 15th at Jacksonville State University as they go head to head against Nashville’s Music City Legend. This is a first for DCA corps because there has never been a competition between DCA corps at a DCI show in the South. Music City Legend (MCL) is one of only three drum and bugle corps in Tennessee and the only corps in Nashville, competing in the rapidly-expanding DCA (Drum Corps Associates) show circuit. MCL will usually participate in about 5 or 6 drum corps competitions in their region as well as a handful of parades and standstill concerts. Scott Rhodes, Executive Director and Co-Founder is a former member of Atlanta CorpsVets. Both Corps are members of the young DCA South region and will be hosting DCA-S shows this year.
