YEA! Financial Manager Needed

Currently, in the offices of Youth Education in the Arts, there is a catharsis of sorts going on as the staff “turns over”! Some folks left over the past months, some changed course before they even arrived, and some frankly, had to be asked to depart. Indeed, the Spring of 2007 was interesting but, lessons were learned, changes were made, and most importantly hiring philosophies were fine tuned.

The recent additions of Justin Heimbecker, Caryn Goebel, and Jessica Wilson give the office a definite Pro-Cadets genealogy. Why Cadets? Well … although not a requirement of membership in TEAM YEA!, the lessons of the Cadets, in fact, the lessons of the 2007 program, go a long way towards determining the success an individual may have inside the walls of the Musselman Arts Center, the offices of YEA!
