Bushwackers Rehearse In Weehawken, NJ

| |

The Bushwackers Drum and Bugle Corps is pleased to announce that the corps will be rehearsing in Weehawken, NJ on Sundays for the remainder of the season. The facility is a brand new sports complex on the banks of the Hudson River with a breathtaking view of Manhattan, the inspiration for our 2007 production of "Around the Town".

The corps has been rehearsing at the new site for two weekends, and has full use of the various Astroturf fields and other facilities in the complex. The Bushwackers would like to thank Brian Fallon, a great friend and supporter of the corps, for securing the location for us.

All rehearsals are "open rehearsals", and directions are available at www.bushwackers.org.

The Bushwackers will be hosting a "Friends and Family Day" in Weehawken on Sunday, August 26th. This is our last rehearsal of the 2007 in New Jersey, so come see us off and wish us good luck as we prepare for the DCA World Championships in Rochester, NY.

The Bushwackers are the six time DCA world champions, a top 3 finalist each of the last 2 seasons, and the defending brass and color guard champions. The corps is still accepting members in some sections. If you have the desire, YOU can be a Bushwacker. Just come out to a rehearsal, go to www.bushwackers.org, or email us at membership [at] bushwackers [dot] org for more details on how to have the best summer of your life!
