Cadets First Drum Major Will Connect With 2007 Members
One afternoon in March, Judi Van Houten quickly started scribbling notes on a piece of scratch paper. During a weekly visit with family, her husband’s uncle, John Baumfalk at 89-years-old, was randomly tossing out names and memories from the past. The Commodore Perry Scouts, a visit to the Japanese Emperor and another name she didn’t recognize from prior conversations.
