DCE Organises Another Drum Corps Rocks The Town

Just like last year, participants of the DCE European Championships will be given the chance to set Rotterdam rocking on the eve of the Championships. With support from Rotterdam Festivals, DCE is again organizing ‘Drum Corps Rocks the Town’ for the evening of Friday September 28th in the city centre.

The event will take place between 19:00 and 21:00 during late night shopping. Five corps will be given the chance to perform their show program to shoppers in a concert set-up. "This is a fantastic opportunity to promote drum corps", says DCE PR Manager Dennis Naaktgeboren. "Everyone knows that it is almost impossible to explain what drum corps is to outsiders, and that they have to experience it for themselves."
