Pacific Northwest introduces Cascades Independent Color Guard
The Pacific Northwest introduces Cascades Independent, a new color guard that will be competing locally as well as Nationally in the winter of 2008 in the Independent A class. Cascades Independent will make its debut in the Northwest Marching Band Circuit in Vancouver, WA. Their plans are to also compete in February at the WGI Ceres Regional as well as the 2008 World Championships in Dayton, OH.
