Spartans Add Rackis To Administrative Team

The Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps is proud to announce the addition of Paul and Joyce Racki to its Administrative Team.

Paul and Joyce will be taking on the responsibilities of "Operations Managers" for the 2008 season.
