The Blue Devils Announce Brass Auditions

The Blue Devils are very pleased to announce their brass auditions for the 2008 season! After a great 2007 culminating with 3 amazing performances in Pasadena, The Blue Devils are already looking forward to another exciting year.

Can’t make it to one of the live auditions? The Blue Devils still accept video taped auditions!

In an effort to make the audition process even easier this year, there is a "Brass Audition Packet" that will need to be purchased in order to audition (live or taped) for the 2008 brass section. This packet is only $20 and will include the following…..

Not sure if you should audition? DO IT! Even if you don’t make the 2008 brass section, you will have had the experience of preparing for and completing an audition for one of the best brass sections in the marching activity. If you don’t make the 2008 BD brass section, included in the "2008 Brass Audition Packet" will be an e-mail after your audition giving you comments about your performance as well as tips on what to work on for the 2009 auditions. If you do make the 2008 BD brass section, you will be in for the experience of a lifetime! Still not sure? Here’s a portion of a quote from a 2007 BD Euphonium player…..
