CGN Starts ‘Virtual’ Individuals & Ensembles Competition

Color Guard Nederland (CGN), the Indoor Percussion & Winter Guard circuit for the European mainland, will start a ‘virtual’ Individuals & Ensembles competition this winter. This virtual competition will take place on the internet. Everyone from all over the world can compete.

Contestants will be able to send in a video of their performance. Of course there will be some rules & restrictions. Instead of a judges panel, the audience will be able to vote for the winner. The competition will not be limited to Percussion and Color Guard. Brass-players and other instrument groups will be featured too.

Soon CGN will announce the terms and procedures of this competition on www.colorguard.org.
