Vera Brusse Added To CGN Board

The Color Guard Nederland (CGN) board is rapdily expanding. Vera Brusse was recently added to the taskforce that governs CGN. Vera is a well known person in the Dutch Color Guard world and has been associated with the Dutch Winter Guard movements since it’s humble beginnings in 1980, thru CGN and Avant Courir.

When the taskforce CGN started in 2000, Vera was also a member. She helped with the organizational new start that eventually lead to the giant growth of the circuit. After one season Vera decided to focus more on her unit, Avant Courir. She will remain active there now too. As a side effect, this will put her closer to the competitors and their needs. Besides her work in Color Guard, Vera is a congresspromotor and organizer for years now. An organizer in the broadest sence of the word so to speak.

The taskforce is thrilled by the addition. Untill the CGN Congress, Vera will be ad interim member. After being elected by the Congress, the General Board of the KNFM will appoint her. More on www.colorguard.org.
