In The News: Road Work Hits The Right Note For Young Musicians

Being a musician on the road is hard work.

But four Richmond-area guys say performing is worth the grueling practices, cramped tour buses and time away from home.

Matt Schroeder, Chris Auman, Jared Peyton and Kaleb Cline are part of the Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps, a 150-member outfit based in Mount Holly, N.J. They travel mostly throughout the Northeast performing in field shows, special events and parades.
