Sage Named Carolina Crown Guard Caption Supervisor

Carolina Crown is extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Sage as part of the 2009 teaching faculty.

As the Guard Caption Supervisor, Adam will be collaborating with returning Head Guard Designer Michael Townsend, who has been the force behind the Crown color guard for the last 6 years. Adam’s role will be to manage the daily affairs of the guard staff and members. In doing so he commits to facilitating and optimizing the creative process through the collaborative writing of the program. Adam’s core philosophy to promote a safe and powerful culture in which team members can experience technical excellence, a deep connection to each other, achievement of personal and corps goals, and the total joy of performing fits right in with the mission of the organization.
